Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will oversee assessments, program development, progress monitoring, and care coordination with families and providers.

The role emphasizes delivering developmentally appropriate, socially valid outcomes, adherence to standards of care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience providing ABA services to clients with autism in home and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality in collaboration with families and stake holders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on quality measures.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports and insurance reviews.
