Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee center and home-based ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum in Wisconsin. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate with families, and ensure care meets state and insurer guidelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, data-driven treatment and ongoing supervision to optimize client outcomes while supporting program development and quality measures.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst
• At least 1 year experience delivering ABA services to autistic clients in home or clinic settings

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure standards of care per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on intensity, modality, and transition planning with families.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams; complete administrative tasks for funding and staff management.
