Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will supervise staff, ensure quality treatment, and guide treatment planning across teams.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience delivering ABA services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff and collaborate with families and providers.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Provide supervision and training to clinical staff and ensure quality treatment.
• Coordinate with care teams and insurers for authorization and funding.
• Generate reports and complete administrative tasks timely.
