Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise and manage center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will lead treatment teams, provide clinical recommendations, and ensure quality care in alignment with state and insurance guidelines.

You will train staff, coordinate with parents and other providers, and ensure timely completion of reports and funding forms.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience using applied behavior analysis with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Ongoing professional development and collaborative, upbeat team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and program modification.
• Provide parent training and care coordination with other providers.
• Ensure compliance with state and insurance guidelines.
• Offer clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with families.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on QET measures.
• Provide supervision and training to all levels of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks, reports, and insurance reviews promptly.
