Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum in Mequon, Wisconsin. The BCBA ensures quality treatment and staff adherence to standards, collaborating with families and care teams.

You will oversee assessments, programming, progress monitoring, parent training, and coordination with providers, while completing administrative tasks and reports to secure funding.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst per state requirements.
• At least one year of experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.

Responsibilities
