Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Wisconsin to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will ensure quality treatment and compliance with standards while guiding clinical staff and coordinating with families and providers.

The role emphasizes developmentally appropriate, socially valid outcomes, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing training opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (or state-licensed) per Wisconsin requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services and supervise teams.
• Ensure all standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with families.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks to secure funding and maintain records.
