Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin seeks a BCBA to oversee ABA treatment services for children with autism. You will supervise clinical staff, provide training to teams, and coordinate with families and providers to deliver developmentally appropriate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst.
• Minimum of 1 year experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and coordinating with families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Collaborate with parents and other stake holders to tailor treatment intensity and exit planning.
• Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
• Ensure compliance with state and insurance guidelines and maintain documentation.
