Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver behavioral health services within the SpringHealth program. You will assess, plan, and supervise ABA-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans, train staff, and ensure documentation quality in our EHR, while upholding ethical guidelines and regulatory

Qualifications

• Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments of clients with ASD.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and apply evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing clinical support and recommendations to families and teams.
• Mentor and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in SpringHealth’s EHR.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary professionals and educational staff.
• Engage with families, caregivers, and community resources to support outcomes.
