Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support through assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA interventions. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to promote progress, independence, and improved quality of life.

The role requires ongoing clinical support, staff training, and strong documentation practice.

Qualifications

Must hold BCBA certification (in good standing).
Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative approach and passion for meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to address evolving needs.
Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and inform decisions.
Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and strategies at home.
Work with professionals (SLT, OT, educators) to ensure cohesive care plans.
Supervise RBTs, provide training and feedback for high-quality service.
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer professional development.
