Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated BCBA to conduct comprehensive ASD assessments and develop individualized ABA intervention plans. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based strategies and supervise RBTs, while educating families and caregivers on behavior management.

Responsibilities include data-driven plan adjustments, detailed documentation in the SpringHealth EHR, and collaboration with speech and occupational therapists

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming with behavioral intervention.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and supervise RBTs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to client needs and goals.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies at home.
