Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in a role that offers direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and management of a small caseload. You will review session data, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and ethics.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff support.
• Receive administrative and scheduling support from Clinical Manager.
