Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team. You will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and monitor progress with families.

The role emphasizes data review, treatment plan adjustments, family consultation, and collaboration with the Clinical Manager. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, strong benefits, and a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with varied needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment or staff.
• Support from Clinical Manager including administrative help with caseload.
