Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team. You will provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review data to tailor individualized treatment plans for children with diverse needs.

Regular supervision meetings with families and staff, and consultation on treatment concerns are part of the role. Full-time with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to stand, sit, lift up to 50 lbs., and engage with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and small caseload management.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families to tailor plans.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager for scheduling and admin tasks.
