Elevated Kids is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Austin, TX to lead individualized ABA care grounded in naturalistic and play-based approaches. You will work closely with families and an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in daily life skills, communication, and social engagement.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current state licensure in good standing (LBA).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with families and teams.
• Commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized, developmentally appropriate ABA care.
• Partner closely with families and caregivers to support progress.
