Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts in Morristown, NJ. You will apply ABA techniques with children on the autism spectrum, collaborating with a multi-tiered clinical team and utilizing advanced data collection tools to drive meaningful progress for learners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or near-term exam eligibility.
• Experience implementing ABA with children with autism spectrum disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of the growing team.
• Keep pace with clients during sessions, including physical activities as needed.
