Proud Moments ABA invites BCBAs to join our team of clinical experts in New Jersey. As a BCBA, you will design and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, while our clinical support team handles administrative tasks so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or eligible within 3 months; students welcome.
• Experience implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ethical handling of confidential information.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Help clients achieve new skills and positive behaviors.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and raising concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Move with clients during sessions; handling physical activities with children aged 2–15.
