Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in New Jersey. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, competitive pay with a robust quarterly bonus, and a strong clinical support structure to focus on delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism.

Responsibilities include developing interventions, supervising data collection, and coaching families. A Master’s degree and BCBA eligibility or certification are required.

Qualifications

As an ideal BCBA, a BCBA license or eligibility is required.
Master’s degree in behavioral analysis or related field is required.
Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
Monitor progress and ensure effective data collection and charting.
Provide family coaching and communicate assessment results and treatment plans.
Supervise and train behavioral technicians.
