Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts in New Jersey. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, while maintaining a strong focus on family collaboration, data-driven progress, and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility within 3 months.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ABA to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ethical standards.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as skills improve.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring concerns and communicating them.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and mentoring of staff.
• Physically assist during sessions with children (2–15 years) and moving around areas.
