Proud Moments ABA in Morristown, NJ is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will design, supervise, and implement ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioural analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans.
• Explain assessment results and recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate with the care team.
• Mentor and train behavior technicians and supervise staff.
