Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full- or part-time capacity in New Jersey. You will lead ABA-based interventions for children with autism and collaborate with a multi-tiered clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or preparing for the exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to improve client outcomes.
• Monitor progress and share achievements in client goals.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients and communicate concerns promptly.
• Provide supervision and training to our team of behavioral technicians.
• Assist with physical activity during sessions as needed for client engagement.
