Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey for full-time or part-time roles. The BCBA will design, supervise, and oversee ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, ensuring data-driven treatment and strong family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for exam within 3 months — students welcome.
• Experience applying ABA with children with autism spectrum/related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted ABA interventions.
• Help clients acquire new skills and increase positive behaviors.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families to support understanding.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to protect client welfare.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to technicians and junior staff.
• Assist with mobility and active sessions for children ages 2–15 as needed.
