Proud Moments ABA, a leader in behavioral health, seeks BCBA professionals in New Jersey for full-time or part-time roles. You will apply ABA to help children on the autism spectrum, supported by a robust clinical team and data-driven tools.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or exam within 3 months; students welcome.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment; ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication, problem solving, organization, and PM skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to improve behaviors and skills.
• Monitor client progress and celebrate client achievements.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians; share knowledge with the growing team.
• Physically support sessions with active engagement and movement as needed.
