Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. We provide gold-standard ABA services for children with autism from birth to age 21, supported by a robust clinical team and live data-driven treatment approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or in the exam process within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted ABA interventions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Support and supervise behavioral technicians and staff.
• Ensure confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
