Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborate with families, and support a multi-tiered clinical team across local and regional levels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for the exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Be physically active with sessions involving children aged 2–15 years.
