Job summary

Proud Moments ABA, a leading behavioral health provider, seeks a BCBA in Reno, NV. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, support families, and collaborate with a multi-tier clinical team to ensure effective treatment delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months.
• Current Nevada state license (LBA) or eligibility to register after BCBA.
• Experience applying ABA with children with ASD or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Celebrate client progress as positive behaviors emerge and skills improve.
• Support families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Lead supervision, training and orientation for the clinical team.
• Assist with moving/handling during sessions as needed (physical activity requirements).
