Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a salaried BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services in the Las Vegas area. This role concentrates on 15 billable hours per week, chiefly in clients' homes, with strong family collaboration and ongoing clinical support.

You will work with a multi-tiered clinical team, enjoy flexible scheduling, and access robust professional development resources while contributing to meaningful outcomes for learners aged birth to 21 years.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in behavior analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification (or candidate) and able to pursue licensure.
• Proven ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans based on data.
• Explain assessments and treatment recommendations to families.
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
