Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Worcester, MA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights.

As the BCBA, you will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data with staff and families, adjust treatment plans, and consult on behavior modification. You will receive administrative support from the Clinical Manager and work within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff-related issues.
