Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Worcester, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role involves delivering direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and managing a small caseload.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with verification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various needs.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and holding meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff support.
