Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our growing team in New Jersey. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families to optimize treatment plans.
We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. In this role you will review session data, adjust plans as needed, and provide supervision through team meetings.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws, and regulations.
- Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the job.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
- Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
