Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Center-based BCBA in New Jersey to design ethical, individualized client programming and lead a small caseload. The role includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and regular data review with families to adjust treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Certification as a BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with special needs
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines, behavior analytic interventions, and regulations

Responsibilities

• Design client programming that is ethical and individualized, implemented with integrity
• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload (8-10 clients)
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans
• Consult with families to address concerns about treatment and behavior modification
