The Treetop ABA in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid role. This position blends in-center clinical work with remote planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision to support high-quality, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license is required.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic/home and support families.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and professional development.
