Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full‑time BCBA in a hybrid role based in Richmond, VA. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve client goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required
• Virginia LBA license required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Compassionate, team‑oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play‑based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
