Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our hybrid team in Virginia Beach, VA. This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with remote planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.

You will manage a small caseload, develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise and support staff, and collaborate with families to ensure cohesive, data-driven care for our clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
