Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Virginia Beach is seeking a full-time BCBA for a hybrid role. In-clinic work with remote planning and supervision provides flexibility while maintaining hands-on clinical delivery.

You will conduct FBAs, design individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes for children with developmental needs. Strong leadership and data-driven practice are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Virginia Licensure as a LBA is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families at home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
