Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Pooler, GA is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead our in-clinic and hybrid ABA services for children with developmental needs. The role blends clinical assessments with mentorship and data-driven care to support families and improve outcomes.

You will work under BCBA-led guidance, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and care teams. We support flexible schedules, a strong benefits package, and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Georgia LBA licensure required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
