The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA in a hybrid role based in Georgia, with centers in Savannah or Hinesville. You will lead clinical care, supervise team members, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Georgia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with goals at home/community.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
