Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Mesa, AZ, seeks a BCBA to design and implement naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will join a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team and collaborate on assessments and integrated treatment plans using ESDM-informed strategies.

We offer a generous compensation package from $86,000 to $113,500 per year plus annual bonus up to $3,800 and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Preferred: background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided; experience not required).
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
