Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Tempe, AZ is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized ABA programs for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. The role emphasizes data-driven assessment, ESDM-informed strategies, and close collaboration with a dynamic interdisciplinary team.

The compensation package includes base pay of $86,000–$113,500 per year, an up-to-$10,000 sign-on bonus, and potential for an enhanced hybrid schedule with telehealth days.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided).
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care, not volume.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field

Current BCBA certification

ABA early intervention experience

Background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
