Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Paradise Valley is hiring a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver play-based, trauma-informed ABA for children 2-6, in a center setting, with collaboration across SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers.

Base pay ranges from $86,000 to $113,500 per year, with a signing bonus up to $10,000 and ongoing $3,800/year. A hybrid schedule and strong onboarding support enable clinical growth paths.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA, special education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• ABA early intervention experience preferred.
• Background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with provided training.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance and compassionate communication.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
