Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Arizona seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and deliver individualized, play-based ABA for children aged 2–6 in a center setting. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, apply ESDM strategies, and track progress with data-driven plans.

The role includes base pay of $86,000 to $113,500 per year, potential annual performance bonus up to $3,800, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Preferred: background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided).
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care, not volume.
