Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Gilbert, AZ seeks a BCBA to design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children aged 2–6 in a center-based setting, collaborating with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (one day telework per week, with potential for two), strong onboarding in our ESDM-based care model, and clear paths to clinical leadership. Compensation ranges from $86,000 to $113,500 per year, plus bonuses and a sign-on award.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Preferred: background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided).
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field

Current BCBA certification

ABA early intervention experience

Background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education
