Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement naturalistic ABA using the ESDM framework. The role collaborates with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers to deliver high-quality, child-centered care.

You will supervise assessments, progress data, and family coaching while enjoying a hybrid schedule with one remote day per week and potential additional telehealth days based on need and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required
• BCBA certification required
• ABA early intervention experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided)
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data
• Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care, not volume
