Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) to design and lead naturalistic ABA programs for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and use ESDM-informed strategies.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with one remote day per week, a base salary of $86,000–$113,500 plus up to $3,800 annual bonus and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, special education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with training provided.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care, not volume.
