Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a BCBA to design and implement naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team to develop assessments and integrated treatment plans using ESDM-informed strategies.

Onboarding includes extensive training, leadership support, and multiple growth paths, with a flexible hybrid schedule offering one telework day per week and potential for more based on clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Preferred background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with training provided.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
