Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design and implement naturalistic ABA for 2- to 6-year-olds in a center-based setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and use ESDM-informed strategies, with ongoing onboarding and leadership pathways.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (1 day remotely, potentially more), a competitive base pay of $86,000–$113,500 per year, and bonus opportunities including a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with provided training.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
