Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Salem, VA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our hybrid team. The role involves delivering evidenced-based behavioral services, supervising staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement functional plans.

The BCBA-certified professional will assess and treat clients, train staff, and contribute to quality care across settings, with 50% in-person service requirements.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support principles.
• Provides expertise on behavioral issues as IDT member.
• Performs Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conducts descriptive and functional behavior assessments with analyses.
• Delivers direct behavioral treatment and skills coaching in various settings.
• Monitors restraint use and reduces where possible.
• Participates in committees such as Behavior Intervention and Human Rights.
• Delivers individualized services for specialty IC clinic patients per regulations.
• Follows all policies and procedures.
