Job summary

Autism Reimagined Center in Virginia seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, hybrid role serving clients with autism and related needs. You will conduct functional assessments, develop evidence-based intervention plans, supervise behavior technicians, and ensure data-informed adjustments.

Collaborate with psychologists and therapists, educate parents, document progress, and participate in team meetings to deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and BACB ethical compliance.
• Master's or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with autistic individuals across clinical, school, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and model best practices.
• Collect, analyze, and document data to inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with psychologists and therapists and educate parents/caregivers.
• Maintain progress notes and participate in team meetings to ensure high-quality ABA services.
