Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Winchester, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support through assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA interventions.

You will collaborate with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop strategies that promote progress, independence, and improved quality of life, while supervising RBTs and maintaining thorough clinical documentation in our EHR

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans based on assessment results with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
• Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress to evaluate effectiveness and drive decisions.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies.
