Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our hybrid team in Virginia. The role focuses on evaluating, designing, and delivering behavior-analytic treatments within specialty intermediate care clinics.

You will train staff, participate in IDTs and committees, and ensure adherence to 902 KAR 20:410 guidelines while advancing patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or related discipline.
• BCBA certification required.
• Ability to record data accurately and objectively.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support methods.
• Participates on Interdisciplinary Teams providing behavior expertise.
• Responsible for behavior plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conducts functional analyses and provides interpretation of results.
• Delivers direct behavioral treatment and skills coaching in various settings.
• Monitors restraint use and provides training to reduce it.
• Participates in committees as assigned (e.g., Behavior Intervention, Human Rights).
• Provides individualized services for specialty IC clinic patients per regulations.
• Learns and follows all policies and procedures.
