Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required and active licensure in practicing states.

• Proven ability to manage time, organize caseloads, and coordinate with families and schools.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Maintain and monitor ABA programs and oversee supervision of RBTs.
• Develop and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Document progress reports and ensure ethical, individualized service delivery.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and cross-functional teams to support outcomes.
